Puddle Paintings
A 2013 series of works exploring color, balance, and beauty in their simplest form. Drawing upon the color choices of others Jaelah explores the body's visceral reaction to color, why we are drawn to certain colors, and how they effect us in our environments. As a practice in letting go the artist takes her intention and ego out of the process and literally lets the paint fall as it may.
